Achieving conception, supporting a healthy pregnancy and welcoming a happy and healthy baby the Mamatoto way.
Facilitating and supporting couples to become pregnant has to be one of the most rewarding jobs!
I have four children and wonderful memories of pregnancy, birthing and raising babies. That was a while ago, in a time when it seemed most couples conceived easily. Today it is not so straightforward – later pregnancies impact on egg and sperm health, our environment is not as green and our modern Western diet has impacted on available nutrients necessary to become and stay pregnant. Several decades of excessive antibiotic use has also imbalanced our inner ecosystems - our microbiomes.
Working in Nutritional Medicine and focusing on the health and wellbeing of couples and babies has allowed me to develop the Mamatoto Natural Fertility Program - a comprehensive fertility approach, tailored to individual requirements, that will take you from preconception care through pregnancy to ensure the best of health for you and baby. I treat a wide range of conditions including recurrent miscarriages, autoimmune antibodies, PCOS, irregular or absent periods and improving sperm health.
The Mamatoto Natural Fertility Program is unique. It has been developed using the principles of nutritional biochemistry to ensure that all nutrients are available to balance hormones and support conception and pregnancy. Success rates are impressive with conception occurring from a few weeks to several months in most cases. For some couples it is about investigating the causes for subfertility. Many times subfertility can be corrected easily. If IVF/ART is required, the Mamatoto Natural Fertility Program will support and enhance a successful outcome.
